When will my order Ship?

Lil Beads by' Sophie typically ships out all orders within 5-7 buisness days. Custom or personalized pieces may take a little longer as each one is made with care. If there are any delays, we'll reach out and keep you updated.

What is your Exchange Policy?

If there's any issues with your purchase, please contact Lil Beads by Sophie. We are happy to review exchanges within 30 days of delivery depending on the situation. Our goal is always to make sure you love your jewelry, and we'll do our best to make it right!
